Uniteam Marine is seeking a skilled 2nd Engineer for a contract position with our client, operating under the Northern Practice, available worldwide. This role is essential in supporting the engineering department to maintain optimal vessel performance and ensure the smooth operation of the ship’s machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Chief Engineer in overseeing the engine room, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates with a background in Panamax vessels, specifically 5000 TEUs, and experience with MAN 8K90MC-C engines will be highly preferred.
