- Experience as a Third Engineer, preferably on PostPanamax vessels
- Proven knowledge of MAN B&W 10K98ME-C engines or similar machinery
- Sea service experience on comparable vessel types and sizes
- Relevant STCW certifications and proper documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment
- Strong safety awareness and compliance with international maritime regulations
